School Group Policy
Our venue welcomes guests of all ages and is committed to providing a safe, comfortable environment for everyone. To ensure the well-being of all visitors and staff, we have a clear policy regarding school groups and unaccompanied minors.
Supervision Requirement
School groups must be accompanied by teaching staff or authorised adults at all times while on the premises. Unsupervised pupils will be asked to leave the venue.
Use of the Venue
Our seating areas are reserved for paying customers only. School groups may not use the venue as a waiting area, meeting point, or rest stop unless they are purchasing food or drink.
Group Entry
Large groups may be refused entry during busy periods to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. We may limit group size or request staggered entry at our discretion.
Behaviour Expectations
We expect respectful behaviour from all visitors. Anti‑social behaviour, disruption, or refusal to follow staff instructions will result in removal from the premises.
Safeguarding & Duty of Care
This policy supports our safeguarding responsibilities and aligns with Department for Education guidance requiring schools to supervise pupils during off‑site activities. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
